In short, there’s never a right time to take a Career Break or Sabbatical leave. The only sure factor is that the sooner we start, the sooner we reap the rewards.

Tradition used to dictate that after a lifetime of work we would be rewarded with retirement when we could idle our days away doing as we pleased. Recent developments suggest this may no longer be so and what’s more, why should we wait till our Golden Days to start living the life we really want. More and more people are waking up to the idea of a Career Break or Sabbatical leave as an alternative to this out dated life plan.

They have learned they can take regular Career Breaks or Sabbaticals throughout their lives with no detriment to their long term careers, if anything in this constantly changing world, a Career Break or Sabbatical can positively increase your job prospects.
